Fiscally pragmatic recommendations prioritized for implementation after vetting through Cost-Benefit-Analysis.

Training and Exercises
Developed and delivered Active Assailant training to large audiences. Training content is customized for the company culture of the audience.
Facilitated exercises ranging from simple Table-Top level to physical relocation testing the ability to quickly stand up operations at an alternate site to Full-Scale disaster exercises with some involving moulage (realistic injuries), smoke generators simulating aerial dispersal, criminal/terrorist actors, and emergency response (police, fire, paramedics).
Developed and delivered Security Awareness training for small and large audiences.
